Ulf is a semi-recent relocation to Oklahoma City. While not an elder, hes older than many with the title. As he will tell anyone who asks, hes a historian, a loremaster. He was embraced to preserve the history of his people, and now that hes Kindred, he considers all Kindred as his people, so he seeks out whatever knowledge he can find. He stopped in OKC, planning on a short visit, but decided to stay a bit longer. Hes now working security for the Blue Rose.
