"You can probably find that old bastard brooding in the Warrens. He always seems to know things, but he's usually reluctant to tell you about them unless you're willing to make a trade. But, whatever you do, I wouldn't cross him if I were you, I heard he ripped the arm off a Ventrue for reneging on a deal with him."
