Charles Marsh seized Praxis of Oklahoma City by destroying Terenz Metzger in June of 2003. He claimed to be an Elder Ventrue, but was later discovered to be a Neonate Ravnos. He had taken Oklahoma City with the help of a coterie of Ravnos. He was destroyed by Julian Blackthorne in July of 2003.
